In January in Cauterets, dare to try the White Trails!

Chalet La Source Cauterets Trail BlancIn winter, the trail running season doesn't stop in the Hautes Pyrénées, quite the opposite!

A white trail is nature in all its simplicity, the luminosity of immaculate snow ... In January 2026, two trails take place very close to Chalet La Source: the Trail Blanc du Pont d'Espagne and the Hardiden Blanc.

So, sports enthusiasts, don't hesitate any longer and DARE!

The Pont d'Espagne White Trail (Cauterets) – Saturday, January 10, 2026

Chalet La Source Cauterets Trail Blanc Pont d'EspagneWhat better way to kick off your trail running season than in the fabulous setting of Pont d'Espagne? A crystalline landscape of streams and pine forests, with the Vignemale massif as a backdrop...

Two routes  are offered, 10 km or 20 km in 1 or 2 loops (250 D+) from the parking lot of the Pont d'Espagne to the bottom of the Cayan plateau, with the finish near the Chalet du Clot.

The route follows groomed ski trails (cross-country and downhill sections), snowshoe paths, and some off-piste sections. Not too much elevation gain, but with snow, it's more challenging!

Organised by the Vignemale Athletic Club.

The Hardiden Blanc (Grust) - Saturday, January 24, 2026

Once again, a rich program combining sport and entertainment, for this new edition of the Hardiden Blanc.
