  • A welcoming communal space, combining woodwork and modern design
    • Fully equipped American-style kitchen with bar area and adjoining pantry.
    • Living/dining room with large bay windows, facing south.
    • Large table for 10 people and 2 high chairs for the little ones.
    • 43'' LCD flat screen HD Smart TV with HD satellite decoder (TNT channels) and connected speaker.
    • Pellet stove protected by a grille, with pellet storage on the landing.
    • Library with books, comics and games.
  • A comfortable sleeping area with meticulous finishes
    • Four spacious bedrooms with valley views, each with its own unique décor and character: the Route des Cols room with two 90x200cm bunk beds (sleeping four), and the Pyrénées, Vignemale, and Hautacam rooms with 160x200cm beds. The bedding is of excellent quality. Each room has storage space, a desk, and an armchair; the Route des Cols room also features a library with books and children's games.
    • Two travel cots for the little ones.
    • Individual temperature control, in heating or cooling mode.
    • Two spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers and double sinks.
    • Two toilets: one separate, and another in one of the bathrooms.

    • Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, pyrolytic oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood and dishwasher.
    • Household appliances in the pantry: washing machine, tumble dryer and large clothesline (+ 1 outdoor clothesline), vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
    • Kitchen appliances: electric kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker, blender, multi-function food processor, 2 raclette ovens, electric crepe maker, small electric griddle.
  • Numerous outdoor amenities within easy reach
    • Direct access to the terrace and garden , including a herb garden (seasonal).
    • The large electric griddle , essential and so practical!
    • Complete garden furniture: large wooden table and chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols.
    • Outdoor games are available (badminton, molky, children's playhouse and swing set), as well as a ski workshop in winter.
    • Ski and bike storage area , equipped with wall-mounted ski racks, bike hooks, a drying room, and even a large relief wall map of the Hautes-Pyrénées, to help you visualize your routes!
    • Parking for two vehicles (+ 1 lunchtime parking space).
    • Waste sorting: a compost bin is available in a corner of the garden for green waste. For other waste, recycling containers are available 50m up Avenue du Mamelon Vert.
