From the moment you step inside, you're immersed in the valley and a breathtaking view. The immense bay windows invite you to contemplate the peaks that unfold before you in a 180° panorama. Comfortably settled in an armchair by the wood-burning stove, or enjoying meals on the large adjoining terrace, you'll appreciate this magnificent setting, its dramatic landscape, and its stunning colors in every season.

    • Fully equipped American-style kitchen , open to the dining room and its large bay windows.
    • Large table for 12 people and 2 high chairs for the little ones.
    • Large sheltered terrace , equipped with teak table and chairs, griddle, and outdoor armchairs.
    • Comfortable lounge , where you will find a library with a supply of books, games and comics.
    • HD Smart TV with HD satellite decoder (TNT channels) and connected speaker.
    • Pellet stove protected by a grille, with pellet storage on the landing.
    • Separate toilet at the entrance to the corridor, and small storage room.
  • The ideal balance between space and privacy
    • Four bedrooms with private bathrooms: Tourmalet (single bed 90x200cm), Aubisque and Luz Ardiden (double beds 160x200cm ) on the ground floor, and Montagnon (double bed 160x200cm) upstairs. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
    • Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom: located upstairs, the Pont d'Espagne room (two 80x200cm beds that can be combined into one 160x200cm bed ) and the Children's Room (two 90x190cm bunk beds and one 90x200cm sofa bed). The upstairs bathroom includes a large shower, a bathtub, a double sink, and a toilet.
    • Furniture: All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe or closet and a small desk with a chair. The children's room also has a children's desk, a reading corner, and children's games. The bathrooms have storage and a clothes drying rack.
    • Two travel cots for the little ones.
    • Individual temperature control, in heating or cooling mode.

    • Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, pyrolytic oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood and dishwasher.
    • Household appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer and outdoor clothesline, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
    • Kitchen appliances: electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker, blender, multi-function food processor, 2 raclette ovens, electric crepe maker, small electric griddle.

    • Direct access to the terrace and garden , including a herb garden (seasonal).
    • The large electric griddle , essential and so practical!
    • Complete garden furniture: sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols outside.
    • Outdoor games are available (badminton, molky, children's playhouse and swing set), as well as a ski workshop in winter.
    • Ski and bike storage area , equipped with wall-mounted ski racks, bike hooks, a drying room, and even a large relief wall map of the Hautes-Pyrénées, to help you visualize your routes!
    • Parking for two vehicles (+ 1 lunchtime parking space).
    • Waste sorting: a compost bin is available in a corner of the garden for green waste. For other waste, recycling containers are available 50m up Avenue du Mamelon Vert.
