The Furnished Tourist Accommodation classification is a ministerial classification of accommodations intended for short-term rental. Its objective is to harmonize service levels at the national level , to promote clarity and reliability – particularly for foreign visitors – and overall to improve the quality of the offering.

The ranking, from 1 to 5 stars , is established according to a grid of more than 100 criteria divided into 3 chapters: facilities, customer services, accessibility and sustainable development.

Chalet La Source is classified in Category 4* which corresponds to "High-end accommodation, superior comfort with very good quality furnishings and which offers a range of services and equipment (commercial information materials available in several foreign languages ​​including English, at least bilingual reception, ...)"
