Bike in all its splendor

In a region so rich in fabulous cycling routes, Chalet La Source had to welcome cyclists well: secure boxes, heated changing rooms, partnerships with Tourmalet Bikes and Altamonta , and for after cycling: massages, aquatic relaxation, and many cycling books to dream of new exploits… the chalet pampers cycling enthusiasts!

The Cauterets region is the home of road cycling, with its legendary mountain passes that have shaped the history of the Tour de France – Tourmalet, Aubisque, Aspin, Plateau de Beille, Portet d'Aspet, Marie Blanque… and many more! Dozens of routes offer a mix of challenging climbs and leisurely rides, suitable for all levels. You'll need more than one trip to discover them all!

A mountain biking paradise : whether for a family ride along the Gave river, cross-country or enduro riding in the forest, on an e-bike or a classic bike, dozens of routes are available in the Altamonta mountain biking area (FFC certified), amidst breathtaking scenery. Several routes start from the Chalet: La Raillère, Les Thermes, La Reine Hortense, and the Voie Verte.
